Do you offer a Shuttle or Car Service from Wedding Locations?
Our Inn does not have transportation services. However, many weddings have found many of the below services very helpful in shuttling to and from our Inn.

Are you near any banquet facilities and/or reception locations?
Yes! We are within a short drive to many different restaurants, including the Bradford Tavern, the Village Pancake House, the 1640 Hart House, Ithaki Restaurant, and a large selection found in Newburyport, MA (6 miles north).
Wedding Booking and Reservation Guidelines
Please note these important guidelines for your records and plan accordingly.
Deposit: We can accommodate a wedding block of 10 rooms with a $500 deposit and the entire facility for $1000 plus applicable taxes.
a. We require a 45-day cancellation notice.
b. Canceling or releasing any rooms outside the cancellation policy may be released without charge. Once inside the 45-day cancellation notice, rooms remaining on wedding block that have not been booked by individuals are subject to be released automatically. If party would like to keep room(s) on block, rooms then become subject to $26.42 cancellation fee inside 45 days.
c. Rooms which are claimed by an individual are subsequently removed from the room block completely and are then subject to the individual reservation terms and conditions, which note a 10-day cancellation policy (which is subject to full charge of room if canceled within 10 days of dates booked.
d. We are very strict with our individual 10-day cancellation policy and will always charge, no matter the circumstance; therefore we highly recommend that all our guests secure travel insurance if there is a possibility of a late cancellation.
a. Office hours are 8:30AM-10:00 PM weekdays and 8:00AM-10:00PM on weekends. An Emergency line is available just outside the office door and can be used to reach a manager 24-hours a day. Please be respectful of our nightly quiet hours: 11pm to 8am.
b. All rooms are non smoking. If you or a guest smokes in a room, we will charge a $200 cleaning fee. Smoking outside is allowed and ash trays provided upon request.
c. Any guests under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a legal guardian over the age of 25 at all times.
d. All rooms, unless designated otherwise are built and priced for two people. Extra or unregistered guests found spending the night in any room are the responsibility of the booking party and will be charged accordingly.
e. Your well behaved children are welcome. There is an additional fee for any room housing more than two people.
a. Our pool and hot tub are seasonal amenities. Hours are 9am to 9pm.
b. Our grounds are perfect for small picnics and walks. They are not meant for large-scale events such as brunches, barbecues, or receptions.
c. Please pour all alcoholic beverages into unmarked plastic cups. Refrain from using room glasses or glass bottles outside the room.
a. Each room has its own designated parking spot. Overflow parking is available upon request.
a. Check-in is at 4PM and check-out is at 11AM.
b. We cannot accommodate early check-ins or late check-outs.
a. Excessive messes or damages to the rooms will be charged accordingly.
b. There will be a $50 service charge applied to all townhouses when used as a dressing/meeting room.
a. Two nights are highly encouraged on all group reservations.
b. Two nights are required during peak season on all group reservations.
c. One night group bookings are available Sunday through Thursday and most weekends in the off-season, however early check-ins and late check-outs cannot be accommodated.
If you would like to take advantage of our in-room massage services, please let us know in advance, so that we may schedule a massage appointment for you.
Our grounds make a beautiful backdrop for wedding photos. We just ask that we are given a notice.
