Country Inn - Farmhouse
Our spacious rooms are located in the main house, originally a farmhouse built in 1901. All rooms are equipped with color cable TV, w/remote, AC, VCR and telephones. The third floor Penthouse is two separate rooms including a dining area with microwave, fridge, coffeemaker (coffee complimentary), toaster and private deck.

- All rooms are equipped with A.C., Color Cable T.V., HBO, Remote Controls,
Coffeemakers, Telephone and Wireless Internet.
- A credit card is required to hold a reservation. We accept Visa, Master Card or Discover. American Express can be used for payment upon arrival but not for holding a reservation. We do not accept checks for payment. Cash or Credit Card only.
- AAA discount is only given at the time of making a reservation and you must have your AAA number available for presentation at the time of check in.
- A 2 night minimum stay is required for weekends in July, August and Holidays.
- Cancellation Policy: There is a $25 handling fee for any cancellation. If rooms are cancelled within 10 days prior to arrival there is a charge of 1 night plus $25.00
- Check-in: 4:00 PM (please notify us if your arrival will be later than 10 PM
so we canmake arrangements)
Check-out:11:00 AM
- All rooms are non-smoking. If you decide to smoke in any room, you will be charged a cleaning fee of $200.00, and you will also be charged for any night that we are unable to rent the room due to smoke odor.
- Microwaves and refrigerators are available for any room that is not equipped with one for a small additional charge.
- Pets: we offer one pet friendly room, 120 HP. Please see our pet policy below.
- Your well behaved children are welcome.

- Pet Policy:
We will accept a dog (50 lbs. and under) There is a non-refundable $30.00 pet fee and an additional $50.00 should the rug require cleaning.
- We provide pick-up bags for your convenience and a water bowel
- Your pet can be walked behind the building (Village Suites) and the dog can relieve him or herself at that location
- No pet is allowed to stay in the room alone – no exceptions
- Your pet may not go in or around the pool or spa (in season) or inside our office or any other rooms/suites
- Please be aware that there is a dog that lives on our property
